Role Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of all human resources functions for Aspireli, in line with the company's vision, mission, and competencies. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's business goals, overseeing the entire recruitment process, designing and delivering training and development programs, establishing and managing a performance management system, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, acting as a point of contact for staff-related issues, administering compensation and benefits programs, formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures, tracking and reporting on HR metrics, and organizing and leading employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision, mission, and competencies.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to making hiring decisions, in a way that reflects the company's values and culture.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training and development programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees, and that help to develop the skills and competencies needed to achieve the company's goals.
  • Performance Management: Establish and manage a performance management system that drives high performance and employee development, and that is fair and equitable.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, and take steps to mitigate any risks to the company.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for staff-related issues, and address grievances in a timely and fair manner.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with the company's values.
  • Payroll: Manage the complete payroll cycle, from on boarding employees to processing payroll deductions and payments
  • Policies and Procedures: Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures that are fair and in line with UAE labor laws, and that support the company's culture and values.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize and lead employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention, and to create a positive and productive work environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent command of both English and Arabic languages.
  • Ability to architect and drive change.
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
  • Good to have knowledge on GCC Labor Law.
