Compliance Manager
The Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing Stock, Cash and Asset compliance in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi airports for both Retail and Foodservices outlets.

Your key missions will consist of: -
Compliance & Loss Prevention:
o Develop a thorough understanding of business operations and implement loss prevention strategies and techniques for Stock, Cash and Assets in general
o Implement policies and SOP for loss prevention in regards to stock management, cash management and company assets
o Identify, recommend, and implement systems to minimize loss of merchandise, money, or company assets
o Audit and investigates sources of losses
o Provide training to employees on compliance issues
o Ensure operational procedures, systems, principles are applied
o Evaluate internal control systems and recommend enhancements to prevent fraud, errors and shrinkage
o Identify potential risks and areas of concern in retail operations and provide risk mitigation strategies
o Investigate food costing deviations
o Investigate compliance violations and implement corrective actions
o Report compliance issues to management and suggest appropriate measures and control
o Control that stock take are processed correctly (quick counts/cycle counts/annual stock take/ further investigations)
o Review stock variances with concise action plans to correct
o Oversee compliance checks in branches to maintain security of cash and stocks
o Support cash officers and cashiers to reduce shrinkage
o Partake in employee disciplinary procedures in the event of employee theft/misconduct -
Team Management:
o Three Direct Reports: 2 Loss Prevention Officers (1 for each platform) + CCTV operator o Lead the team so that they are fully engaged and collaborate competently towards the set goals
o Ensure team has a complete understanding of responsibilities & limitations o Accountable for the performance of direct reports, overseeing their outputs/inputs
o Coach & train the team to maximize performance
o Maintain a well-disciplined atmosphere that encourages teamwork & employee morale
Profile: - Master Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Certification in CCEP (Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) -
Strong understanding on industry regulations and good standard practices with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in F&B/Retail operations -
Experience of managing multiple plants simultaneously -
Experienced user of SAP an asset -
Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint
