Job Purpose:
Security Specialist is responsible for handling the security systems in the property. To monitor the daily operations of the service provider. Should have sound knowledge in CCTV, Access Control System, Gate Security Systems and Scanning Equipments. Provide innovative and technological solutions to the end user/client for operational requirements.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Maintain technological strategies for security Systems in the desired property.
- Should be capable of understanding the operations of CCTV, Access control system, Gate security System and scanning equipments.
- Sound Knowledge for the Application Software for Security Systems.
- Submit security reports as required in addition to maintaining record keeping systems.
- Technically competent to manage service providers and provide necessary guidance.
- Capable of handling medium-large scale on demand projects.
- Track the renewal of license of the equipments and appropriate measures to be taken.
- Provide technical and commercial opinions for the enhancement of the systems.
- Contract of the concerned service provider to be evaluated upon renewal.
- Able to operate CAFM system for reactive and preventive maintenance tasks.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) –Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics&Communication, PSP or equivalent
Work Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in the field of Security Systems.
Knowledge:
- Engineering
- Network Management(Cisco, Juniper)
- ERP system, CAFM system
- Security Systems (CCTV, ACS, Gate Security).
- Application Softwares(Gentec,Kaba,PSIM)
