Position: Senior Manager - Contracts & Business Development

 

Job Purpose:

 Manage the relationship with key clients for the company. Introduce new leads focused primarily on key accounts across International Market including venue spaces locally. Location of work is Dubai and maybe required to travel occasionally for business

 

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Feasibility Analyses and Commercial Success: 

 Research the market to find potential leads both from an events and venues perspective. 

 Assess the commercial potential including business case development, operational feasibility. 

 Achieve revenue and profitability objectives and determine an effective strategy to approach the business

 

Proposal development: 

 Evaluate and seek approval from the Line Manager on all proposals for clients 

 Analyze all client requirements for all development projects in coordination with the commercial teams according to specifications.

 

Relationship management: 

 Maintain client contact details. 

 Develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients. 

 Create new leads and maintain periodical meetings with the assigned key clients to ensure we maximize the revenue opportunitie

 

Monitoring and Reporting: 

Report on leads creation, management and conversion. 

 Monitor all participation in projects to ensure adherence to all methods, standards, and planned outcomes.
