Job description is as below:

 

   ① Requirement :

        - Min 5~7 years of experience in data analysis

        - Basic knowledge on any service network planning/ warranty validation  (SVC Background)

        - Should have strong knowledge in excel and PPT skill (advanced)

        - Should be aware of using tools like Power BI and SQL



   ② Roles & Responsibility

       - Manage Daily service main KPI ( Pending job, Repair turnaround time etc)

       - Prepare monthly service reviews / analyzing key KPI and share it with concerned parties

       - Weekly/monthly service performance reporting to management

       - Coordinate and related party for supporting system related I/F issue , payment related issue

       - Warranty validation and warranty data analysis

 

Salary : Max 14,000/-
